I found this picture on another blog today, and I was in complete shock. He really looks like he is turning into a tree. He had cut his knee when he was little and it got infected with a disease called (HPV). A rare wort disease that causes this to happen to a person. He will be going through a couple more surgeries to get most of it removed. Poor guy.
